Program Description

The Rookie program at Peak Performance is for 3rd–5th grade athletes ready to take their training to the next level. We focus on building body control, strength, and speed in a way that’s exciting and developmentally appropriate. Every session is packed with movement mechanics, agility drills, and confidence-building workouts.
