Program Description

Our Movement Training program at Peak Performance is specially designed for kids in Kindergarten through 3rd grade. It focuses on teaching fundamental movement patterns in a playful, safe, and structured environment. Young athletes develop balance, coordination, and body awareness while building confidence in their physical abilities.


Through age-appropriate games and drills, we introduce key athletic skills like running, jumping, and changing direction. It's the perfect way to lay the groundwork for long-term athletic development. Start your child on the right path with movement training that’s as fun as it is effective.
